General House Rules

Welcome to our historic Lower Garden District home. We thoughtfully renovated this property to preserve its character while creating a comfortable, high-quality space for you and other guests. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home.  We hope the you enjoy your stay and time in historic New Orleans

Occupancy & Guests

  • Maximum occupancy: 

    • 1 bedroom unit - 2 guests

    • 2 bedroom unit - 5 guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

  • Unauthorized guests or parties/events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Please respect neighbors at all times.

Smoking & Vaping

  • No smoking or vaping inside the home.

  • Outdoor smoking must be in designated areas only.

  • Violation: minimum $500 remediation fee.

Pets

  • No pets allowed

HVAC/Temperature Guidelines

  • Air conditioning: do not set below 70°F (22°C)

  • Heating: do not set above 72°F (24°C)

  • Adjusting beyond these limits can damage the system and increase utility costs.

  • During winter, space heaters are provided to supplement the central heating.  It is recommended to ensure that the space heaters are used and the ceiling fans are on a low clockwise setting to push heat down from ceiling due to the height of the home. 

Kitchen & Appliances

  • Do not leave cooking unattended.

  • Clean appliances after use.

  • Only use provided cookware and utensils.

Cleanliness & Care

  • No glitter, confetti, or parade debris inside the home (especially during Mardi Gras).  Any excessive cleaning due to the presence of event items such as glitter, confetti, etc will result in a $500 minimum deep cleaning fee

  • Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the home.

  • Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: After [3:00 PM]

  • Check-out: By [11:00 AM]

  • Late departures without approval may result in additional charges.

Safety & Security

  • Security cameras monitor exterior and common areas for safety and occupancy verification.

  • Do not tamper with security devices.

  • No illegal activity permitted.
