Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. The following policy applies to all reservations made directly through our website.

Standard Dates

  • Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.

Refunds apply to nightly rates only. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.


High-Demand & Special Event Dates

Reservations that fall during designated high-demand periods are subject to a stricter cancellation policy.

These periods may include, but are not limited to:

  • Mardi Gras

  • Jazz Fest (New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival)

  • Super Bowl LIX and other major sporting events

  • Essence Festival

  • Sugar Bowl

  • Major conventions, holidays, or citywide events

For these dates:

  • Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before check-in.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 30-59 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.

All high-demand reservations are considered final within 60 days of arrival.


Date Changes

For standard dates, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes requested at least 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and current pricing.

For high-demand dates, date changes are not permitted within 60 days of check-in.

Rate differences will apply to all approved changes.


Early Departures & No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused nights, or no-shows.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against illness, weather disruptions, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
