Booking Terms & Conditions

Saint Verdant Place – New Orleans, Louisiana

1. Reservation & Payment

For rentals of 60 days or longer, a signed rental agreement and valid government-issued ID are required to confirm a booking.
Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be received prior to check-in. Reservations are not confirmed until payment clears.

2. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be held prior to arrival and released after checkout, provided no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made [30] days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund.
Cancellations within [30] days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates are rebooked.
No refunds for early departures.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: [3:00 PM]
Check-out: [11:00 AM]
Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance and may incur a fee.

5. Occupancy

Only registered guests may occupy the property overnight.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

6. No Parties or Events

Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted. Excess noise or violation of quiet hours (11 PM – 7 AM) may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Property Care

Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect its historic character.
Smoking and vaping indoors is prohibited.
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.

9. Access & Maintenance

The owner or authorized personnel may access the property for emergency repairs or maintenance if necessary.  Appropriate notice will be given prior owner accessing property. 

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
